Production Manager (ไลน์ประกอบ)

Lead and direct the assembly engineering team to support daily production operations in full compliance with IATF 16949 standards.

Oversee the design, optimization, and standardization of assembly processes, line layouts, tools, jigs, fixtures, and poka-yokes.

Drive assembly line Performance (OEE, Productivity, Cycle Time) and lead cross-functional cost reduction and Lean initiatives.

Manage technical escalation, root cause analysis (8D / 5-Why), and risk mitigation for critical line disruptions and quality issues.

Ensure engineering documentation compliance and continuous updates, including Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.

Align engineering resources with Production, Quality, and Project teams to execute APQP/PPAP requirements and ensure successful New Product Launches (SOP).

วันทำงาน จันทร์ - เสาร์ 08.00 - 17.00 น.

Qualifications: อายุ 30-45 ปี Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in production or process engineering. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, and AS9100 documentation. Analytical mindset with leadership and project management skills.
