HSE Technician (Civil & Bridge Construction) - English & Chinese Speaking

Conduct daily HSE inspections to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and Thai safety regulations. Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting operations, work at height, marine works, confined spaces, and temporary structures. Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation. Assist in safety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and HSE training activities. Maintain HSE inspection records, incident reports, and safety documentation. Support environmental protection measures, including waste management, dust, noise, and pollution control. Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to promote a safe and healthy working environment.

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of HSE experience in construction projects. Experience in bridge, highway, marine, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction projects is preferred. Knowledge of risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and incident investigation. Familiar with safety control measures for marine works, lifting operations, work at height, scaffolding, and temporary structures. Good communication and coordination skills.
