Junior Presales Engineer

• Support Presales/Sales teams in gathering customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, BOM, and solution documents.
• Prepare basic network, server, and system architecture diagrams.
• Compile IP, Port, Firewall, and infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate technical information with vendors and internal technical teams.
• Support customer meetings, technical presentations, and POC activities.
• Assist with technical handover to the Project/Engineering team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Basic knowledge of Network, Server, Linux, TCP/IP, and IT infrastructure Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Good English communication. Willing to learn new technologies and develop Presales skills. Experience with Visio/Draw.io, API, Cloud, or Monitoring tools is a plus.
