Relationship Manager, Sky Branch

Key Responsibilities :

•Deliver investment and insurance product information and provide investment advice via telephone, aligned with Wealth Research & Advisory recommendations, to assigned customer leads. •Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining full accuracy of information provided. •Respond to assigned customer leads within the agreed turnaround time to ensure timely engagement and maximize conversion opportunities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset. Knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory requirements. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. *Preferrable license requirements of IC License, Life Insurance License, and Non-life Insurance License. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No experience required.
