Collection Strategy | Sathorn Asset Management

Responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing strategies to collect payments and NPL Sale efficiently. This includes using data, customer segmentation, and performance tracking to improve recovery rates, NPA sale and lose develop procedure.

1. Strategy Development

• Design and implement collection/NPA sale strategies across different non legal and leverage stages
• Define rules for OA reassignment.
• Optimize collection flows to increase recovery while reducing costs

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze/ Monitor Collection strategy and NPL sale.
• Monitor KPIs such as:
• Recovery rate
• Legal SLA
• NPA sale
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance

1. Process Optimization

• Work with operations teams to improve collection / NPA sale efficiency and develop procedure
• Test new strategies (A/B testing, champion/challenger models)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field 2-3 years of experience in Unsecured Collection/Recovery, specifically within a banking or financial services environment Proven experience in designing legal/non-legal strategies and managing NPA/NPL sales Skill in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP and etc.,) Excellent presentation and communication skills.
