Supply Chain Manager

1. Supply Chain Management

•Manage overall supply chain operations from demand and procurement planning through final delivery.

•Coordinate with HQ and regional teams on demand planning, order fulfillment, and shipment schedules.

•Ensure effective alignment between sales forecasts, supply planning, inventory requirements, and business needs.

•Identify potential supply constraints and risks and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

•Continuously improve supply chain processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.

1. PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) Planning & Management

•Lead and manage the monthly PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) planning process to ensure alignment among sales forecasts, purchase plans, and inventory levels.

•Coordinate closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and HQ/APAC teams to review demand forecasts, purchasing requirements, and supply plans.

•Monitor actual sales performance against forecasts and adjust purchase and inventory plans accordingly.

•Maintain healthy inventory levels and appropriate stock coverage to support sales demand while minimizing excess inventory.

•Identify potential stock shortages, overstock, slow-moving inventory, and supply risks, and proactively coordinate corrective action plans.

•Prepare and present regular PSI reports, including sales forecasts, purchase/inbound plans, inventory status, stock coverage, and key supply risks.

•Follow up on agreed PSI action items with relevant departments and ensure timely execution.

•Support new product launches, promotional activities, and business growth plans through effective PSI and inventory planning.

1. Logistics & Distribution

•Oversee and coordinate import/export processes, customs clearance, and compliance with applicable Thai regulations.

•Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external logistics service providers to ensure smooth warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.

•Monitor logistics operations and service performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers and distributors.

•Identify and coordinate the resolution of logistics and delivery issues that may impact business operations.

•Coordinate shipment priorities based on business requirements, product availability, and PSI plans.

•Monitor logistics costs, service quality, and operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement.

•Ensure logistics activities effectively support sales requirements, product availability, and overall business objectives.

1. Inventory Management

•Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, stock coverage, and inventory turnover.

•Optimize inventory levels in line with sales demand, business requirements, and PSI plans.

•Minimize stock discrepancies, excess inventory, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.

•Conduct regular inventory analysis and reporting to identify potential inventory risks.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably with experience in PSI, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning. Experience in multinational companies or trading businesses is preferred. Strong knowledge of PSI planning, demand and supply planning, inventory management, import/export processes, customs regulations, and logistics operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, stock coverage, inventory aging, and supply risks. Good command of English; Chinese is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, cross-functional coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with regional/HQ teams, external service providers, and multiple internal stakeholders.
