E-Commerce Executive (TikTok Shop Support) Temporary /Part Time (6M)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product SKU listings and updates on TikTok Shop
• Handle daily store operations across multiple accounts, including stock monitoring, warehouse and aftersales coordination
• Participate in and support TikTok Shop campaigns and promotions
• Track store and campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Job Specification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations / Warehouse / Marketplace support
• Basic knowledge of ERP / OMS systems (SAP is a plus, not required)
• Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work during campaign peaks
• Experience with TikTok Shop operation is a plus.
