Order Management Department Manager

1.Manage daily order and delivery schedule to meet customer requirements. 2.Monitor inventory, stock cover day and manage stock replenishment with customers. 3.Collaborating with OEM suppliers and company cross functional to drive product availability within lead time at appropriate stock level and achieve service level target. 4.Identifying issues, devising solution and manage team to solve day-to-day operation problem as well as handle new requirements from customers and suppliers. 5.Strategically plan to enable our team to proactively respond to the dynamics of our business and operation. 6.Analyze and prepare data and come up with possible supply chain solutions if there is any special issue. 7.Flexibly correspond with urgent delivery requests.

Qualifications: Male / Female, age 35-45 years. Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field Having experience in OEM product and retail business. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, order and inventory management, sale-coordination. Self-motivated and able to determine problems and give quick and viable solutions to customer and to team Good negotiation and communication skills Be adaptable, flexible and able to work under pressure Good Computer Literacy especially in MS-EXCEL Good Analytical Skill Good Team mangement
