Senior Warehouse Supervisor (Amata City Rayong)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shift Supervision: Lead and supervise all warehouse and production (VAS) activities during your assigned shift, ensuring all tasks (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, VAS) are completed accurately and on time.

1. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of warehouse operators. Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to meet productivity targets (KPIs).

1. Hands-on Operation: Actively support the team by operating a forklift (e.g., Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Push-Pull) as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

1. Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety procedures, 5S principles, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the floor.

1. System Execution: Ensure the team accurately records all inventory movements and work orders using the warehouse management system (WMS).

1. Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for any operational issues or exceptions that arise during the shift.

1. Reporting: Prepare shift handover reports and summarize daily performance for the Operation Manager.

Qualifications: At least 3-7 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse, logistics, or production environment. Significant Advantage: Previous experience using an SAP system will be highly prioritized. Essential Requirement: Must be able to operate a forklift. And valid forklift license/certificate is highly preferred. Crucial Requirement: Must be able to work in rotating shifts (Morning, Day, and Night) and adhere to a 6-day work week (Monday - Saturday). Strong hands-on leadership, communication, and team motivation skills. A proactive, responsible, and "can-do" attitude. Basic English comprehension (for system use or reading documents) is a plus.
