Inventory Control Supervisor

1. Ensure that the Incoming/Stock control department is well organized and controlled to support customer expansion and business goals
2. Supervising and coordinating the work of the warehouse team to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory
3. Reconcile and compare ending stock with the clients on the function required to monitor stock
4. Conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
5. Generating detailed inventory reports and analysing data to identify trends and make informed decisions
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure seamless inventory operations
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency
8. Providing training and guidance to the warehouse team to enhance their skills and productivity

Qualifications: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in inventory management or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Proficient in using SAP, WMS or inventory management software and tools Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals Familiarity with warehouse operations and distribution processes Ability to work 6 days per week
