Junior Lawyer | FMCG

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our team and support the legal aspects of our business operations in the FMCG industry .

This is a great opportunity for a motivated legal professional who wants to gain practical experience, develop strong commercial legal skills, and grow within a dynamic business environment.

• Draft, review, and update contracts and legal documents
• Assist in identifying and assessing legal risks
• Provide legal support for the company’s day-to-day business activities
• Research legislation and provide legal information when required
• Prepare official letters, applications, and other legal documents
• Maintain and organize legal documentation and records
• Assist with communication with government authorities, partners, and other external parties on legal matters

Bachelor’s degree in Law or currently completing a Law degree

• Good knowledge of Armenian legislation
• Basic understanding of contract and commercial law
• Excellent Armenian; good knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage
• Good command of MS Office
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Previous experience in a legal role is an advantage, but not required
