Full-Stack Developer (Contract - Outsource)

1. Design, develop, and implement customized software features, modules, and system integrations based on client requirements.
2. Work across the full stack—building REST APIs, backend services, and frontend interfaces—using modern web technologies.
3. Collaborate with Professional Services, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to translate BRDs, FSDs, and solution designs into working software and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
4. Ensure smooth integration between product modules and customer systems through aligned architecture and secure coding practices (OWASP, secure-by-design).
5. Participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and create unit and integration tests to support QA during SIT and UAT.
6. Provide technical estimates, feasibility assessments, and recommendations throughout the solution and design phases.
7. Support deployments, configurations, and handover activities to service operations teams.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, testing, integration, and post-deployment, including performance tuning.
9. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, API documents, and deployment guides.
10. Contribute to internal knowledge bases, coding standards, and reusable components, and share expertise with peers or junior developers when required.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields. 2–4 years of experience as a full-stack developer, particularly in production support or maintenance. Proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue, Python/Java/Node.js, Django/Spring Boot) with hands-on experience in REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and system integration. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in project-based, fast-paced environments using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices. Familiarity with secure coding principles, DevSecOps concepts, and cloud environments, plus experience with large-scale integrations (webhooks, queues, microservices) and enterprise solution customization (eTax, eKYC, digital signature), is a plus. Experience working with BRDs/FSDs and cross-functional stakeholder review cycles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and task-management skills, with a customer-centric mindset and strong attention to detail.
