Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
