Accounting Manager

Flex Print is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team in 10th of Ramadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable regulations. ???? Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and cash management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and financial institutions.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Analyze financial data and provide management with insights and recommendations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
???? Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in accounting, including experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with cost accounting, inventory, COGS, and production variances is a strong advantage.
- CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong experience with audits and taxation.
