Asst. Quality Manager (Automotive) /50-60K /นิคมเวลโกรว์ /QMS /Audit/ (M)

To be responsible for supporting the QA Manager in managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO13485 standards while driving continuous improvement in quality performance and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and improve Integrated QMS in compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO13485
• Support internal, external, and certification audits; ensure effective corrective actions
• Monitor and report Quality KPIs (customer complaints, defects, supplier issues, COPQ) to management
• Lead root cause analysis and drive CAPA to prevent recurring issues
• Support cross-functional quality improvement, risk management, and process standardization
• Control and maintain quality documentation (procedures, WI, forms, records)
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure quality compliance
• Support training programs related to quality, EHS, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare inputs for Management Review and system performance evaluation
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Qualifications: Male/Female 30 years up Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 8 years of experience in QA or Quality Management in manufacturing industries. Experience working with automotive, electronics, or medical device industries is preferred. Experience in managing quality systems under ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, or ISO13485. Certified internal auditor-related standards are preferred. And experience in internal or external audit activities and corrective action management. Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing for communication with customers, auditors, and management executive. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for advanced data analysis, KPI reporting, management presentations, and quality documentation. Ford requirement knowledge be advantaged.
