Retail Assistant
At Far East Flora Market, we welcome customers from all walks of life — from everyday flower lovers to event planners and floral businesses. We are looking for someone friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is suited for someone who enjoys customer interaction, maintaining beautiful retail spaces, and being part of a team that creates positive shopping experiences. If you enjoy working around flowers, people, and a lively environment, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting customers with enquiries and purchases
- Replenishing and arranging products on display
- Supporting cashiering and daily retail operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the retail space
- Assisting during festive periods and store activations
- Supporting the team with general retail duties
- Helping create a smooth and positive customer experience

- Prior retail experience is a bonus, but not required
