*What You?ll Be Doing*

_Primary Duties and Responsibilities:_

• Safely deliver and pick up rental equipment and accessories at customer locations.
• Load, unload, secure, fuel, wash, stage, and organize equipment on company property and during transport.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and confirm that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Inspect, service, and prepare rental equipment before dispatch to ensure it meets operational and safety requirements.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage or loss and document any service or repair needs.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, delivery, rental, inventory, inspection, and safety documentation; obtain customer signatures or receipts.
• Perform minor maintenance on commercial vehicles and rental equipment within your skills and authorization, and promptly report larger repair needs.
• Support shipping, receiving, shop organization, and general branch operations.
• This position participates in an on call schedule as required to meet business needs.

_Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:_

• Front counter and customer service duties; communicate professionally & effectively
• Rent equipment and related items & process rental contracts as per standard operating procedures
• Coverage as required for other staff absences and other duties and responsibilities as required

*What You?ll Bring to the Team*

_Qualifications and Requirements:_

• Valid Alberta Class 1 Driver?s Licence with a clean driver?s abstract.
• At least three years of professional driving and equipment-hauling experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to be on call for after hours customer support.
• Mechanical aptitude and general equipment knowledge, including the ability to recognize maintenance needs and complete minor repairs.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, pull, and stack items weighing up to 50 lb and to work in varying temperatures, weather, and road conditions.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with the ability to follow verbal instructions and written company and safety procedures.
• The ability to work and learn independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines.
• Professional conduct, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and support branch priorities.
• First Aid, TDG, and H2S certifications are assets.
