*Responsibilities*
- Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure timely and thorough service
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hospitality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Address guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
- Enforce health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and custodial practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services, with a strong understanding of hospitality standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in supervising multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively train staff and interact with guests or management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays as needed
- Prior experience in hospitality environments is highly preferred

Pay: From $22.75 per hour
