ERP Implementation & Data Migration Lead

• Act as primary bridge between Odoo implementor and internal departments (Finance, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse)

• Gather, clean, validate, and structure legacy data for migration into Odoo

• Design and document business process flows aligned with ERP best practices

• Ensure master data integrity (Item, BOM, Routing, Supplier, Customer, Costing)

• Lead ERP UAT and post-go-live stabilization

• Minimize Excel workaround and enforce system usage discipline

• Maintain confidentiality of financial and operational data

• Support continuous improvement after go-live.
