Job Summary

You will manage customer service tasks by coordinating with customers and shipping agents to ensure smooth shipment customs clearance, prepare delivery and customs documents, and handle customer invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to address shipment inquiries and provide updates
• Coordinate with shipping agents and co-loaders to arrange timely shipment customs clearance
• Prepare accurate delivery and customs clearance documents to comply with regulations
• Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly and accurately
