Sales Interior Designer

Responsibilities Meet clients to understand design needs, budget, and timeline

Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts

Prepare drawings, 3D visualizations, and material selections

Present design proposals and revise based on client feedback

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors

Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project schedules

Conduct site visits to ensure work quality and design accuracy

Manage projects from concept to completion

Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field

Proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior design

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.)

Strong creativity, space planning, and problem-solving skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods

Required language (English & Chinese Mandarin) in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customer and associates

Salary included basic + commission, basic salary will be paid based on experiences

Able to commit to working on weekends.
