We’re looking for experienced Appointment Setters to join our sales team at Excelmindcyber Institute. This is a full-time, phone-based sales role. You’ll speak with leads who have already shown interest in making a career move into cybersecurity. Your job is not to close the sale. Your job is to have strong conversations, understand the prospect’s situation, find out what they want to change, identify what may be holding them back, qualify them, and book the right prospects for a call with one of our Career Consultants.

What You’ll Do

• Call leads provided by the company
• Reconnect with new and older leads in our pipeline
• Build rapport and have natural phone conversations
• Understand the prospect’s current career situation and why they want a change
• Find out what they hope cybersecurity can help them achieve
• Understand what they’ve already tried and where they’re stuck
• Qualify prospects using our sales framework
• Book qualified prospects for our Career Consultants
• Drive same-day and next-day appointments
• Follow up and help improve appointment show-up rates
• Keep accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
• Meet daily call, appointment, and show-up targets
• Take part in sales training, role-play, and coaching

Who We’re Looking For

You should have previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, inside sales, call centers, phone sales, or a similar role. You should be:

• Confident and comfortable on the phone
• A strong listener who knows how to ask good questions
• Able to have natural conversations without sounding scripted
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Coachable and able to follow a sales process
• Comfortable working with KPIs and daily targets
• Experienced with CRM systems
• Disciplined, organized, and able to work without constant supervision

You do not need to be a cybersecurity expert. We’ll train you on the offer, qualification process, calling framework, and objection handling.

Remote Work Requirements

This is a 100% remote, full-time role operating on U.S. Central Time (CT). You must be ready to start work by 8:00 AM U.S. Central Time and work according to our Central Time sales schedule. You must have:

• A quiet and professional workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Backup internet
• Reliable electricity
• Backup power
• A reliable computer
• A quality headset with a clear microphone

Your remote-work setup may be assessed during the interview process.

Compensation

Base Pay: ₦200,000/month Commission: $50 for every lead you set who becomes a client

Keep the video to 2 minutes. We are not looking for a perfect presentation. We want to see how you communicate, how well you understand appointment setting, and hear about your real experience. Applications without the Loom video will not move to the next stage.

This is not a flexible side job. It is a full-time sales role with set working hours, daily targets, meetings, coaching, and performance expectations.
