Quality Assurance Supervisor

Leads the QA team to ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. They monitor production, manage audits, analyze quality data, and implement corrective actions. Key responsibilities include training staff, improving processes, and managing quality management systems *Quality Systems Management: Maintain and update quality systems, documentation, and procedures (ISO 9001, GMP, or industry-specific) *Process Improvement: Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). *Audit & Compliance: Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. *Communication: Act as a bridge between production and management to address quality issues immediately

Qualifications: Female or male Age 30 up Bachelor's degree in related field 5 years up experience in related job Good command of English (Reading and speaking) Can speak chinese is preferred Understanding of Quality Assurance process, Quality control and quality management system. Diligent, able to work under pressure. Can working Mon-Sat and working OT
