Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

You will source and assess candidates through social media and referrals, coordinate interviews, negotiate job offers, and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various social media platforms and referrals to build a qualified talent pool
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability based on client requirements and needs
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication
• Negotiate job offers with candidates to secure successful placements
• Deliver excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong rapport with clients and candidates
• Perform post-recruitment follow-ups with clients and candidates to support ongoing satisfaction and retention

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or sales/business development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) is a plus

Other Information

This is a full-time position offering an attractive commission structure (no basic salary) leading to a high remuneration package
