Job title: Property Manager Salary: £26,000 -£28,000 Location : Chelmsford Working Pattern: Hybrid My client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team. This is a role which will offer progression so looking for someone who is keen to build a long-standing career. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Project Manager and/or lettings. Duties : Receiving maintenance-based queries either by telephone or email from private tenants Consulting with landlords and providing regular updates on the progress of maintenance works Reporting issues to approved contractors Maintaining accurate records within our internal database Coordinating relevant property compliance and safety checks Monitoring and following up on compliance documentation Attributes : Problem solver Effective communication skills both orally and in written format. A confident and professional approach.
