Working location: 16 Le Quy Don Street, Phu Nhuan Ward, HCMC (Near Cong Ly Bridge) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITY
Talent Acquisition
- Partner directly with hiring managers across departments to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle;
- Support managing and executing suitable recruitment initiatives, including referral programs, recruitment events, partnerships, and other sourcing activities;
- Evaluate and conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ overall fit for the role;
- Maintain professional and timely communication with hiring managers, candidates, and relevant stakeholders throughout the recruitment process;
- Support tracking recruitment metrics and reports, delivering recommendations as requested;
- Support managing annual recruitment budget, ensuring recruitment initiatives are within the approved budget.
- Track and optimize key recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Candidate Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Leverage AI tools and recruitment platforms (such as AI-powered sourcing, automated resume screening, and scheduling assistants) to streamline the end-to-end recruitment cycle and reduce time-to-hire
Employee Benefits & Employment Cycle
- Coordinate closely with the C&B team to ensure seamless handoffs from offer acceptance to onboarding documentation and database completion.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of employee benefits, including private medical insurance, annual health checks, uniforms, gift vouchers, and other benefits in accordance with Company policies;
- Manage employee onboarding, ensuring arrangements are completed accurately and timely;
- Support managing documentation for full-time expatriates staff (work permits, Temporary Residence Cards, and other arrangements where applicable);
- Support employee offboarding and transition processes, including benefit termination, cost prorating, and other related matters.
- Support managing annual employee benefits budget to ensure benefit’s utilization.
Employer Branding (“EB”)
- Manage and optimize the Company’s presence on professional platforms and social media;
- Strengthen university partnerships, student club relations, and internal employee referral programs to build a robust candidate pipeline;
- Develop and manage the employer branding plan, ensure engaging content to attract target candidates while reflecting the Company’s culture and values.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the Company, consistent with the role and business requirements from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, or HR Operations; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome (training provided);
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English is a must;
- Good understanding of the recruitment process, employer branding and basic employee benefit programs;
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective working relationships across teams;
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently;
- Willing to work across different HR areas and adapt to new processes and responsibilities;

- Experience in the education, service-provider, agencies is a plus;
- Familiarity with HR-related data/ metrics, HRIS, ATS, or other HR tools/ platforms is a plus;
- Experience in employee benefits, expatriate employee administration, or work permit/visa processes is a plus, but not required.
