HR & Recruitment Executive

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for the right talent, and can keep things organised behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing Own the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviews and onboarding Screen and shortlist candidates based on hiring needs Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates Manage recruitment platforms and maintain candidate records Support onboarding, employee documentation and HR administration Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and keep operations running smoothly Work closely with the management team on hiring and manpower needs We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Confident and comfortable communicating with different people Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership Interested in building a career in HR and recruitment Able to work in a fast-paced environment No two days are exactly the same — if you enjoy people, recruitment and getting things done, we’d love to hear from you.
