Production Engineer

Product & Process Design  Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development.  Design new systems and processes to ensure cost-effective integration of new products or improvements to existing ones.  Ensure all product and system requirements are considered from initial conception to finished result.  Design fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks.  Generate production documentation such as assembly instructions. 2. Quality & Standardization  Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.  Ensure product and process quality meet required specifications. 3. Production Planning & Efficiency  Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.  Maintain daily records of production and reports.  Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.  Remove waste from processes.  Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to minimize production loss. 4. Maintenance & Support  Plan and organize maintenance.  Respond to breakdowns. 5. Continuous Improvement  Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering a related major Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the same field and position

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and related systems as ERP

Language: Excellent in English is a must
