HR Advisor - ER Focused

HR Advisor

Location: Central London, near Euston Working: Office based, Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team within a large operational organisation based near Euston.

This is primarily an Employee Relations focused role, supporting managers across England and providing practical, commercial HR advice within a fast-paced environment.

The role

• Manage a range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, suspension and performance management.
• Provide practical HR advice and guidance to operational managers.
• Support TUPE, restructures and redundancy programmes.
• Coach and support managers on HR policies and best practice.
• Build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders.
• Support HR reporting and wider HR projects.

Experience Needed

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands on Employee Relations experience.
• Good practical TUPE experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Confident advising and challenging managers.
• Exposure to working with trade unions would be beneficial.
