Business Improvement Manager

Responsibilities:

Analyse business performance across products, departments, and business units. Identify areas of poor performance and opportunities for growth. Review operational, financial, customer, marketing, and product data. Develop performance dashboards and reports. Monitor business KPIs and recommend corrective actions. Identify trends and patterns that may affect business performance.

Process Improvement:

Review existing business processes and identify inefficiencies. Identify unnecessary costs, delays, duplication, and bottlenecks. Develop improved workflows and operating procedures. Recommend automation opportunities.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience A minimum of an HND in a related field
