Job Responsibilities:

Experience : Mattress Sales Experience Required

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in mattress, including materials, types, and benefits. Educate customers on product care, usage, and maintenance.

Sales Support: Guide customers through the selection process, providing detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.

Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked. Regularly update product displays to enhance the shopping experience.

Customer Service: Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping customers.

Experience: Mattress Sales Experience Required

Full training will be provided.
