Production associate / machine operator — will train

West Salem, OH

$19.45–$21.30/hr + mandatory overtime — most weeks run 48 hours. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Union wages and benefits. No manufacturing experience required — we train you.

The schedule (read this part — it's better than it looks)

12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 rotation: 3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. Shifts run 7:00 to 7:00, day or night depending on assignment.

What that actually means for you:

You work about 15 days a month

You get every other weekend off — a full three days

Overtime is built in, not occasional. The rate above is your base; your paycheck is bigger than 40 hours

Overtime is mandatory, so you do need to be available for it

What you'll be doing

We've spent decades manufacturing premier vinyl windows, siding, and exterior building products for homes across North America. You'd be joining the extrusion team.

Run the line. Operate and monitor the equipment used in vinyl extrusion.

Check the work. Inspect finished product for quality, then pack, label, and stage it for shipment.

Hands-on. Basic hand tools — snips, chisels — and accurate tape measure reading.

Keep it moving. Move materials through the facility and keep your area clean and safe.

Cross-train. Learn multiple lines and roles. This is how people here move up.

The plant is fast-paced and not climate-controlled. It's hot in the summer. We'd rather you know that now.

What you need

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Basic English reading and comprehension

Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Dependable and on time — attendance matters more here than experience

Willing to work the rotating 12-hour schedule, including nights and overtime

Manufacturing experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn, we'll teach you the rest
