Associate Maintenance Engineer

Assist in planning and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, equipment, and facilities.

Conduct routine inspections to identify faults, wear, and potential safety hazards.

Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and support repairs to minimise downtime.

Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors for servicing, repairs, and replacement works.

Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reliability and efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.

Assist in managing spare parts inventory and arranging the purchase of maintenance materials.

Ensure maintenance work complies with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new or replacement equipment.

Assist in investigating recurring faults and implementing corrective actions.

Prepare maintenance reports and provide updates to the supervisor.

Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
