Customer Support Co-Ordinator Telford

Full-time, permanent - 37.5 hours per week £24,000–£26,000 DOE Monday to Friday - no evenings or weekends Hybrid after successful completion of training Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK

The Role

You’ll support customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and our support systems, taking ownership of queries, providing first-line solutions and working with colleagues and suppliers on complex issues. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Resolve faults, billing queries, complaints, account support and service changes
  • Provide first-line technical support and rectify common issues
  • Understand customer needs and identify additional products or services
  • Manage orders, service changes and customer records accurately and on time
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to resolve complex issues
  • Develop your product knowledge and help improve service processes and customer experience

Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous B2B customer service experience
  • Customer-first approach, commercial awareness and confidence taking ownership of problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication, building rapport across multiple channels
  • Organised, accurate and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn systems, products and basic troubleshooting
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Interest in technology or telecoms beneficial; technical experience isn’t essential – full training and support provided
