We are seeking an HR Systems & Business Partner to join our People & Culture team .

The successful candidate will support HR systems, recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, while partnering closely with our Sales function and other departments across the business.

This is an opportunity for an HR professional who is people-focused, organised and comfortable working across different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Support the effective use and management of HR systems and employee records. Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding. Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee-related processes. Partner with the Sales function to support people-related needs and priorities. Work closely with other departments to provide HR support and solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information and documentation. Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes and systems. Contribute to a positive employee experience across the organisation.

Requirements

Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations . Good understanding of HR systems and employee records management . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build effective working relationships across different teams. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
