Your mission A well-established, international Real Estate & Property Law Consulting company offering across-the-board Sales & Legal Services to international clients wishing to purchase a second home in Greece, is looking for a Legal Associate to join the Thessaloniki team.

Job Description: Participate in Legal handling of the property purchase process on behalf of our clients Locate and coordinate collaborators (e.g. notaries, lawyers) on a national level to execute legal processes Contact accountants on a national level to address tax related matters in the context of property purchase Perform due diligence for properties in local land registries and / or Hellenic cadastre Produce detailed and accurate legal documents to facilitate the completion of the purchase process (e.g. POA, private agreements) Review notary documents to ensure accuracy of information and compliance with agreed terms Organize the process of the signing involving all concerned and travel to assigned destination to finalize the transaction Stay up to date with legislation amendments to provide top-tier legal advice for clients

Your profile Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Legal studies 2 – 3 years working experience in Real Estate or similar environment Sound knowledge of the English language / Familiar with legal terminology Active driver’s license Flexibility to travel
