BOI - Import & Export Officer

1. Responsible for the collection and collation of company-related BOI data, and responsible for the filing of materials and equipment in the BOI system.
2. According to BOI requirements, do a good job in the filing, verification and management of daily inbound and outbound inventory, establish communication with relevant internal and external departments, complete the business operations of import and export tax exemption, and enjoy income tax reduction and exemption. Responsible for the declaration, customs clearance and verification of imported goods from Thailand BOI.
3. Understand and implement the export and tax refund policies of BOI projects.
4. Responsible for handling Thailand's import and export business and connecting with emergencies during the business process.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications: Male or Female , Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics , Business Administration or related fields. At least 3-5 years of experience in BOI (Board of Investment) and import-export operations. Can communicate very well in English. Have a very good understanding of BOI tasks and import/export procedures. Strong negotiation skills and good interpersonal relationships and Have excellent problem-solving skills. Responsible and able to work effectively in a team. Experience working for a Chinese company will be given special consideration. Can go to work myself. The company operates Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
