Job Description & Requirements

We are looking to hire a lawyer with excellent research skills and attention to detail. Lawyers are expected to display sound judgment and decision-making with outstanding analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Applicants should be motivated, resourceful and have a positive, client-centric attitude. Experience in IP-related work preferred.

Responsibilities

Handling of professional work including matters in the following fields:

Commercial litigation, including Intellectual Property (IP)

Corporate/ commercial transactions

IP portfolio management

Qualifications

Must possess at least Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LLB)

At least 1-5 year(s) of working experience

Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism

Ability to work in teams

Excellent time management and organizational skills
