Catering Assistant — Elite Cuisine

We're looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team in Cork.

The role:

• Assisting with food preparation, packing and portioning
• Loading and helping deliver catering orders to clients
• Supporting kitchen staff with basic prep and stock rotation
• Following HACCP and food safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining cleanliness of prep areas and equipment
• General kitchen and catering support during busy periods

Requirements:

• Must hold a HACCP Level 2 certificate
• Must be 25 years of age or over
• Full, valid driving licence
• Able and willing to drive in Ireland
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player
• Flexible availability, including early mornings
