External Fee Rates Administrator

We’re working with a leading international professional services business that is looking to appoint an External Fee Rates Administrator to join its Leeds-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of finance experience who enjoys working with data, systems and processes and wants to develop their career within a highly professional and collaborative environment.
The Role
Working closely with the External Fee Rates Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate fee and rate information across the business, ensuring agreed rates, discounts and billing arrangements are correctly recorded and maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and responding to fee and rates queries, ensuring these are resolved within agreed SLAs
- Maintaining accurate records of non-standard rates, discounts and agreed fee arrangements
- Transferring existing billing rules into the relevant system, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Reviewing agreed rates to ensure contractual terms are being followed
- Supporting global discount requests with accurate data and supporting information
- Working closely with the eBilling team to ensure annual rate updates are completed accurately
- Maintaining a centralised mailbox and managing queries within agreed timeframes
- Supporting wider eBilling and rate/timekeeper administration
- Providing regular updates on KPIs, SLAs and outstanding tasks
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and confident working with data and systems . You’ll ideally have:
- At least 1 year of experience within a finance or administration role
- Strong data entry and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good Excel and Word skills
- Confidence using financial systems and technology
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- A proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused approach
- Strong team-working skills and a genuine willingness to learn
Experience working within a multi-currency or shared service environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
