Process Manager - Manufacturing - Saudi national

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Manager to join our manufacturing team in KAEC, Jeddah. This role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals and offers the opportunity to lead process improvements, optimize production efficiency, and drive operational excellence within our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Train and mentor staff on process standards and best practices.
• Saudi national with proven experience in manufacturing process management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
