Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute comprehensive Recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent.

Drive Organizational Development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement programs.

Oversee the effective utilization and optimization of HR Systems to streamline HR operations and enhance data integrity.

Develop and implement robust Employee Relations strategies, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Manage full-cycle Performance Management , including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

Design and administer competitive Compensation & Benefits programs that attract and retain high-performing individuals.

Formulate and update HR Policy Development , ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices.

Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, identifying Talent Management and growth opportunities for employees.

Provide expert guidance and strategic advice on all HR matters to management and staff.

Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience

Proven expertise in Recruitment , including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding best practices.

Demonstrated success in Organizational Development , including change management and cultural initiatives.

Strong command of HR Systems for efficient data management and reporting.

Exceptional skills in Employee Relations , with a track record of fostering positive workplace environments.

In-depth knowledge of Performance Management strategies and implementation.

Solid understanding of Compensation & Benefits design and administration.

Proficiency in HR Policy Development and ensuring regulatory compliance.

A strategic mindset with proven abilities in Talent Management and succession planning.

Outstanding Leadership and team development capabilities.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of an organization.

Thorough understanding of labor law and HR Compliance in Egypt.
