Senior HR Generalist – Real Estate

El Batal is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist with solid experience in the real estate industry to manage day-to-day HR operations.

Previous HR experience within a real estate development or real estate brokerage company is mandatory. Applications without direct real estate industry experience will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate sales, property consultants, marketing, administrative and technical positions.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates with a strong understanding of real estate hiring requirements.
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts and complete hiring documentation.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts and HR records.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, sales commissions and monthly payroll inputs in coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Handle onboarding, probation follow-up, employee transfers and offboarding procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations and internal company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, workplace concerns, disciplinary actions and internal investigations professionally.
  • Develop and update job descriptions, HR policies, procedures and organizational records.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and identify training and development needs.
  • Prepare regular reports covering recruitment, headcount, attendance, employee turnover and other key HR metrics.
  • Provide professional HR support and guidance to employees and department managers.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or Senior HR Specialist.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience within a real estate development or real estate brokerage company is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in recruiting real estate sales, property consultants, marketing, administrative and technical positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong practical knowledge of recruitment, personnel, payroll, employee relations and performance management.
  • Very good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting and HR data-management skills.
  • Experience using HR systems or HRIS is preferred.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, ownership and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to commute daily to Obour City.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
