Your tasks

As our Payroll Accountant, you will be the backbone of our compensation structure. You will ensure that every team member is paid accurately and on time, while maintaining the highest standards of Accounting and Finance integrity. Your work directly influences employee satisfaction and organizational compliance.

• Execute end-to-end Payroll processing with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Tax Compliance regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive Financial Reporting related to payroll expenses and accruals.
• Utilize advanced ERP Systems to streamline data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows.

Requirements

• Experience: Must possess 3-7 years of professional experience in payroll accounting or a closely related finance role.
• Core Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Payroll processing, Accounting principles, and Finance management.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with modern ERP Systems.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local Tax Compliance and Labor Law requirements in Egypt.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional Data Analysis and Auditing skills to ensure error-free financial records.
• Career Level: This is an Experienced level position requiring a candidate who can work independently and handle complex financial tasks.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
