Architect Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Architect Engineer to join the Engineering Department of a group of schools with branches in The Fifth Settlement and El Shorouk.

The position involves handling and supervising architectural maintenance, construction, renovation, and finishing works across the school facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up on architectural maintenance and construction works.

Supervise renovation, finishing, and repair works.

Conduct regular inspections of school facilities and identify required maintenance.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers and follow up on their work.

Monitor work progress and ensure completion according to the required quality standards and timelines.

Review architectural drawings and specifications when required.

Prepare maintenance and work progress reports.

Identify technical issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them.

Ensure that all works are carried out safely and according to approved requirements.

Follow up on multiple maintenance and construction tasks across different school branches.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.

4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural works, construction, maintenance, or finishing.

Solid knowledge of architectural construction and finishing works.

Previous experience in site supervision and contractor management.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work across different locations.

Willingness to work at the group's branches in Fifth Settlement and El Shorouk.
