*Job Summary*
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
The Assistant Manager will:
- Lead and manage shifts and team members
- Train, coach, and support staff
- Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Take responsibility for the restaurant when the General Manager is not present
- Support sales, promotions, and overall restaurant performance
Previous restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is responsible, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
