Tender Management Team (TMT) - Senior Pricing Executive

Job Summary

Manage tender and RFQ processes by coordinating requirements, preparing detailed proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions that meet customer and management expectations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and prepare detailed RFQ documentation aligned with management directives within set timelines
• Collaborate with Key Account Management and leadership to develop RFQ briefings, conduct Q&A sessions, and formulate competitive rate strategies
• Perform cost and selling price analysis to support pricing decisions
• Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to define tender/RFQ scope and specifications accurately
• Maintain and update tariff information to ensure pricing accuracy
• Implement awarded tenders and RFQs effectively to meet contractual obligations
• Identify and execute continuous process improvements to enhance tender and RFQ workflows
• Manage and resolve internal disputes related to tender and pricing issues
• Provide support for additional ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Previous experience in pricing, NVOCC, shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel to analyze data and prepare pricing models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for clear stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently with initiative and manage own agenda
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
