Sales Telemarketing (English Speaking)
About Us EcoGreen Movers is a fast-growing relocation and moving company based in the United Kingdom. We are building a high-performance team in Indonesia to support our sales and customer service operations. We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and results-driven individual who can represent our company and help drive business growth.
Working Schedule
- 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.
- Must be available to work according to UK business hours and operational requirements.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
- Follow up and chase leads to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout their moving journey.
- Provide accurate quotations and moving information.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Represent EcoGreen Movers with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high conversion rates.
Essential Qualifications
- Age between 18–30 years old.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Ability to communicate confidently with UK customers using natural and professional British/American English.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of work.
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Mentally and physically fit to thrive in a demanding work environment.
- Highly committed, disciplined, and dependable.
- Willing to work full-time from our office in Malang, East Java.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where speed, adaptability, and ownership are expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in relocation, logistics, removals, property services, or related industries.
- Experience working with UK, Australian, or international clients.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Performance Expectations
- Consistently follow up and convert sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records and customer communications.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Contribute towards achieving monthly sales goals of £12,000+.
- Act as a professional representative of EcoGreen Movers at all times.
