*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attic Insulation Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality insulation materials in residential attics to improve energy efficiency and comfort. Your expertise will help homeowners reduce energy costs while ensuring safety and adherence to industry standards. This job develops hands-on skills, and contribute to sustainable building practices.
*Responsibilities*
- Measure attic spaces accurately to determine insulation needs and ensure proper fitment.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, sealing gaps, and setting equipment and protecting customers property.
- Install blown-in Fiberglass, following manufacturer instructions and safety protocols.
- Use hand tools such as utility knives, staple guns, and insulation blowers efficiently to complete installations.
- Apply caulking, foam, vapourbarriers around attic penetrations or gaps to enhance insulation performance and prevent air leaks.
- Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of debris properly and organizing tools and materials.
*Qualifications*
- Prior experience with construction or home improvement projects is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with hand tools
- Ability to work safely at heights and in confined attic spaces while following safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to lift materials, crawl in tight spaces, and stand and balance on truss bottom cords for extended periods.while navigating attic spaces.
- Reliable transportation to job sites and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.

Pay: $22.17-$30.00 per hour
