Technical & Process Understanding Understand PCB process flow and basic defects Basic knowledge of reliability testing (HATS, RST, Thermal) Ability to correlate: test results â structure â process đč 2. Failure Analysis & Problem Solving Able to read microsection (basicâintermediate level) Apply 5Why / 8D methodology Analyze: defect â root cause â corrective action đč 3. Measurement & Calibration Basic understanding of calibration system and MSA Proper use of measurement equipment Awareness of measurement variation and accuracy đč 4. Data & Process Control (PCM/SPC) Understand SPC, trend analysis, basic Cp/Cpk Detect abnormal / out-of-control conditions Understand Control Plan (CP) đč 5. Equipment Operation Able to operate key equipment: HATS / RST Microscope / Microsection Shadow MoirĂ© XRF / LCR (basic) Able to set test conditions based on specifications đč 6. Quality System & Standards Basic knowledge of: APQP / SPC / MSA / PPAP IPC-A-600 / IPC-6012 Follow SOP / WI strictly đč 7. Communication & Reporting Prepare test and basic FA reports Communicate issues clearly to cross-functional teams (PE / Production) đč 8. Working Mindset Detail-oriented Analytical thinking Strong data ownership (no assumptions) High responsibility and accountability
Qualifications: Male or Female Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field 0-3 Years experience in PCB Industry Working-level English â able to read technical documents and write professional emails Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
